All items are delivered to UK mainland addresses with the exception of the Highlands (such as IV postcodes). If an order has been placed for delivery to the Highlands or off the mainland, we will contact you to advise of the delivery charges at which time you can either agree to pay these or cancel the order.

Orders placed before 3:00pm on a weekday will usually be processed the next day.

Where an item is in stock, your order will usually be dispatched on the day of successful processing. Orders are usually delivered by nationwide couriers who will endeavour to deliver your parcel on the following weekday between 9:00am and 6:00pm.

A signature will be requested upon delivery. If there is no one at home to accept delivery of the goods, a calling card will be left by the couriers. You must contact the couriers immediately in order to arrange an alternative day for delivery. Sometimes, couriers will automatically attempt delivery again the next day. Please note that delivery will only be attempted twice free of charge. Thereafter, you would need to arrange collection from your local depot.

Our standard delivery times are Monday to Friday. Saturday or urgent deliveries can usually be arranged at an extra cost depending on the size and dimensions of the item. Please call us (01344 623463) or e-mail us ( for a quote.

Please note that accessories ordered on their own are sent out by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and do take 2-3 working days to be delivered.

Where an item ordered is not in stock, we will contact you within 2 working days in order to advise you of an estimated incoming date and to ascertain whether you are able to wait or whether you wish to cancel.

As we do not guarantee delivery for any specific time or date, we cannot be liable for any loss or inconvenience experienced as a result of delayed delivery or non-delivery.

Please contact us if you need to return an item. We will then send you details of how to return the item to us. We reserve the right to charge for time, materials and shipping arising from incorrectly returned items. For debit/credit card refunds over £50 which are not our fault we will charge a 3% handling fee (this is to cover the costs we incur taking the original charge and then refunding it). All carriage risks and costs incurred by the buyer are the buyer's responsibility.

Our postage and packaging costs are based on Royal Mail's guidelines. The following is how we work out what to charge you: 0kg < £0, 100g < £2.60, 250g < £3.25, 500g < £4.85, 750g < £6.45, 1kg < £8.05, 1.25kg < £9.65, 1.5kg < £11.25, 28kg < £16.95, 1000kg < email for a quote.

Local Delivery

For larger items or just simply for your convenience, we offer our own delivery service for customers within a 10 mile radius of our three branches. Details of this service are as follows:

FREE* for orders over £60
£7.50 for orders between £25 - £60
£10 for orders below £25

*If you live beyond our 10 mile radius, please phone us for a delivery quote.

Faulty Goods

If goods are delivered physically damaged or if there is a shortage/missing parts, this must be reported to us within a reasonable amount of time either by email ( or by phone (01344 623463). We advise that all goods are signed for as ďuncheckedĒ on the delivery driverís schedule and that you examine the goods for any shortage or physical damage as soon as possible. We will require a photo of any broken items and may ask for them to be returned to us.

If goods have or develop a mechanical fault, please contact us either by email ( or by phone (01344 623463) and we will offer a refund, replacement or repair in accordance with the Sales of Goods Act 1979 as amended.

We strongly advise that you retain all original packaging in case of a return, replacement or repair.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% in the event of non-faulty goods being returned.
